MILAN – Brazil’s coffee export may rise as much as 23% percent on month in October to 2.7 million bags, according to an estimate from Rio de Janeiro- based broker Flavour Coffee.
So far, shipments and certificates are about 20 percent faster than the previous month, the broker said in a report e-mailed yesterday.
In other news, Brazils main coffee regions received only about one-third of the average rainfall for October. But the moisture is sufficient since widespread rain is expected within days.A local forecaster reported on Monday.
